The North Central London Optical Committee (NCL LOC) represents and supports community optometrists, dispensing opticians, and GOS contractors  across the boroughs of Enfield Barnet Camden Haringey and Islington. Working alongside the NHS ICB’s Hospitals GP’s  and national partners including  LOCSU and PES, we help develop and support high-quality community eye care services while providing professional guidance, representation, education, and support for our members
