The LOC meets approximately every two months virtually.  The next meeting will take place virtually on Monday the 23rd of March 2026.

Annual General meetings are usually held in June each year. The last AGM was held on Wednesday 25th June 2025.  It was at Stephens House and Gardens, 17 East End Road, N3 3QE.
