The LOC meets approximately every two months virtually. The next meeting will take place virtually on Thursday the 19th of November 2026 at 8pm.

Annual General meetings are usually held in June each year. The last AGM was held on Thursday 18th June 2026 at Stephens House and Gardens, 17 East End Road, N3 3QE. The next AGM will be in June 2027.
