URGENT: Hampshire Contractors – Save the Date (16th July) Webinar with the OFNC to discuss eRS, GOS and practice funding

Please save the date for an online webinar hosted by OFNC and LOCSU for Thursday 16^th July 19:00-20:00.

Hampshire LOC urgently require our local contractors (performers are also welcome to attend) to attend this webinar to discuss onboarding of eRS and practice funding in Hampshire.  We will be joined by David Hewlett (Secretary of OFNC) to discuss the national OFNC statement regarding eRS released on 24 June and how this relates to Hampshire.   Other OFNC members may also attend.

The LOC are aware that many practices have already started the onboarding process. However, the LOC have been made aware of numerous concerns and issues, in particular the amount of unpaid time it is taking to onboard.  Also, after discussing with OFNC, the LOC have concerns over the potential for more unfunded work to come our way on top of eRS in the near future.

Therefore, the LOC wanted to organise this webinar, with the support of LOCSU, to allow our local contractors the opportunity to speak directly with OFNC colleagues. It is important that the LOC hear directly from our local contractors regarding their personal experiences of the onboarding process but these conversations will also help shape conversations going on at national level.

We hope to see as many contractors as possible there.
