WOPEC (Wales Optometry Postgraduate Education Centre) provide online learning and in person assessment for clinical practice.

Across Hampshire and Isle of Wight we have a number of locally commissioned schemes and WOPEC accreditation is required to deliver these services.

WOPEC courses required for Hampshire and Isle of Wight services:

MECS (Minor Eye Conditions Service) – required for CUES
Glaucoma – required for glaucoma refinement and monitoring
Cataract – required for pre and post cataract
