Hampshire LOC Annual General Meeting

Time: 6.30pm (AGM), followed by Education Evening

Hampshire Local Optical Committee gives formal notice of its Annual General Meeting, taking place on Wednesday 10 June 2026. All Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS GOS Contractors and performers are warmly invited to attend.

The AGM will be held in person at the Solent Hotel & Spa and will be followed by our Education Evening and networking buffet.

Committee Elections

As set out in the Hampshire LOC Constitution, the election of LOC Members takes place during the AGM. The constitution requires the LOC to invite applications ahead of the meeting, but there is no requirement to publish the names of nominees 21 days in advance.
