Enhanced Service Case Study Competition – Now Open!
Primary Eyecare Services has launched its annual Enhanced Service Case Study Competition. This initiative celebrates the positive impact of enhanced eye care services on patient outcomes and encourages shared learning across our community.
How to Take Part (Instructions & Appendices)
- Eligibility:Â Open to all clinicians (optometrists, contact lens opticians, dispensing opticians, including IP-qualified clinicians) providing enhanced eye care services via Primary Eyecare Services in England.
- Submission:Â Share a case that made a real difference to a patient, using the template in Appendix 1. Statements should be up to 700 words, including clinical narrative, reflection, and evidence of patient consent (Appendix 2).
- Patient testimonial (optional):Â You are encouraged to include a testimonial (Appendix 3) for added depth.
- Deadline:Â Sunday, 1 February 2026, 23:59.
- Process: Email your case study and testimonial from a secure NHS email address to pes.pesspa@nhs.net (subject: Case study competition).
- Send the completed consent form separately to compliance@primaryeyecare.co.uk.
