Notification of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Wiltshire LOC will be held on Thursday 23rd May 2024 at 6:30pm in the Ballroom, The Bear, Devizes. SN10 1HS.
The Agenda for the AGM is attached for your reference.
We hope that as many local contractors and performers as possible will attend the meeting to hear all about the LOC’s activities in the past year and our future plans.
If you wish to be nominated for a position on the Committee, you should complete the Nomination paper attached and return it to contact@wiltshireloc.org.uk by 01 May 2024.
Voting will take place on the evening and proxy votes will not be considered on this occasion. Should there be more than one interested party, you will be required to give a short statement on why you would like to join the committee to the AGM.
