Glaucoma repeat measures schemes operate across the region. If a referral is being made for IOP only i.e. normal discs, normal visual fields, no other indication of pathology then the patient should have IOPs repeated under the scheme. If IOP is over 32mmHg (or 30mmHg in Wolverhampton) you should make an emergency referral
