Change of Date for New Paper GOS Forms

Not ready yet to move your GOS forms online?
Don’t panic, PCSE have extended their move to GOS online until the 31st January 2021!
This means current paper GOS forms can be used and submitted until this date and only the new style paper forms, which are only designed to be used if online claims are not possible, will need to be used from the 1st February 2021. Please do NOT use the new style paper forms until the start of February.
