Coventry and Warwickshire Local Optical Committee is the official statutory body representing Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians within the area. The LOC works closely with the local Integrated Care Board (ICB) to develop community eye care services that improve accessibility for patients, support the NHS, and promote the skill set of eyecare professionals within Coventry and Warwickshire.
We represent the Optometric community and work with all healthcare commissioners & providers across Coventry & Warwickshire, championing the key roles that Optometrists, Contact Lens Opticians, and Dispensing Opticians play in protecting the nation’s eye health.
This website has been developed to be a source of up to date advice for local eye care professionals, and to allow easy access to useful documents, information, and guidelines. We will also share upcoming news and events regularly that is specifically related to optics in Coventry and Warwickshire.
