BLMK Primary Care Hypertension Conference

BLMK ICB have asked us to circulate the below information for anyone interesting in attending the conference that is taking place on 2nd April.
Join us for a fantastic conference which will bring together community pharmacists, dentists, optometrists, and general practice colleagues across BLMK.
The event will be hosted by Dr Vijay Nayar, GP and Strategic Clinical Lead for Workforce in BLMK and Funmi Balogun, Head of Community Pharmacy Integration.
We are also very excited to welcome Shabir Shivaji who is the Senior Dental Advisor and CVD prevention lead for the Office of the Chief Dental Officer for England as well as the regional Chief Dental Officer NHSE South East. Shabir will be speaking about the links between oral health and cardiovascular disease.
This conference is aimed at all healthcare professionals across BLMK who are involved in the management of hypertension including general practice, pharmacy, optometry and dental.
