As we approach the end of the first year in our 2025–27 CPD cycle, a quick reminder to complete or review your Personal Development Plan (PDP).

Remember, your PDP should evolve with you. You can update it anytime during the cycle to reflect new goals or learning outcomes. It will also be essential for your reflective exercise at the end of the cycle.

PDP Completion Checklist: Access the PDP form via MyCPD

-Reflect on your current scope of practice

-Identify CPD activities that support your goals and your learning is relevant to your career goals and LOC role

-Set clear learning outcomes, you can add to these at any time, so your PDP evolves during the cycle

-Review and update your PDP regularly

-Claim your CPD points by uploading your evidence onto MyCPD

-Prepare to use your PDP for the reflective exercise at the end of the cycle
