Opera Updates for Monday 28th March

Please find attached the 3 emails sent to OPERA users informing them of important changes to their system access.
This one-off exercise this will take place on Monday 28th March 2022 and will require users to provide an email address or mobile number to receive a code to log on. It is preferable to use an email where possible.
Please note that this change will affect all OPERA users.

As part of the new process you will be allocated a new password. This will be sent in an email on Sunday 27th March and you should use this for your next login, after which time you can use the password reset feature to change this to a more memorable password.
We will be writing to you later in the week with more details on the changes in OPERA including links to new help pages. Our admin team will be ready to help with any issues on Monday 28th March should you experience any difficulties. Thank you for your suppoort while we make these changes. Many of you will be using a SMS text message to login securely, you now have the option of using email or receiving a voice call. No matter which you select, you must use a One Time Password (OTP) to access OPERA, ensuring that patient, and your own data, is kept as secure as possible. Once you have logged in using a OTP you will not be asked again for a further six hours. Please take the time to read this help article on how to login:
