Notification of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Avon LOC will be held on Wednesday 6th May, 630pm at Bristol & Bath Science Park, Dirac Cres, Bristol BS16 7FR

The evening will begin with a buffet and finish with a CPD lecture – more details to follow!

We hope as many local contractors and performers as possible will attend the meeting to hear all about the LOC’s activities in the past year.

If you wish to be nominated for a position on the committee, you should complete the nomination paper linked below and return to secretary@avonloc.co.uk by 21 April 2026. If you are uncertain as to which category you may wish to be considered for, please contact us for further advice.

If you are not able to attend, please provide details of a nominated proxy or request for a postal vote to secretary@avonloc.co.uk by 21 April 2026.

The results of the nominations will be circulated in advance of the AGM along with a postal voting or proxy paper for those of you unable to attend the meeting.
