Myopia Control in the Southwest Survey – UWE Students

Dear all,

We are third-year optometry students conducting a dissertation study titled “An exploration of myopia control practice in the South West.” We would like to invite you to take part in our anonymised online survey.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Please read the Participant Information Sheet provided before starting. By completing the survey, you are giving your informed consent to participate. We would greatly appreciate your participation, as we are aiming to gather as many responses as possible.

Participation is voluntary. As the survey is anonymised, responses cannot be withdrawn once submitted. There are no conflicts of interest or financial benefits associated with this study. Below is the link to our survey, which includes the informed consent form, the Participant Information Sheet, and instructions on how to withdraw from the study.
