New referral pathway for Waltham Forest, City & Hackney , Tower Hamlets & Newham areas

The single point of access to send Routine and Urgent referrals is now in place and several practices have begun successfully referring via this route. To ensure the referrals are processed accurately, each should be clearly labelled in the Subject line as per the guidance below and only one patient per referral sent. Please follow the guidance issued:
