NHS Email Address Authentication Code From NHSBSA
8 December 2023
There have been enquiries from practitioners who need an nhs.net email and one of the requirements is an Authentication Code from the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA).
NHS Business Services Authority have advised the following:
Contractors now apply through the NHS Mail Portal for Optometry, however they require an authentication code from ourselves to apply.
They are required to email us on pao-support@nhsbsa.nhs,uk to request it, then complete our online form so we can check their eligibility for NHS Mail (independent with 10 or fewer practices) and to ensure there is an up to date DSPT submission in place before we can supply the code.
