Ealing and Hounslow LOC is the statutory body that represents all Optometrists contracted to providing General Ophthalmic Services within the CCGs of Ealing and Hounslow.
The LOC meets five to six times a year including an Annual General Meeting to discuss factors affecting Optometrists within the represented CCGs to develop solutions and pathways.
Ealing and Hounslow LOC is also very active in arranging CET accredited evening events during year.
NW London ICB is commissioning an Optometry led Community Eye Care Service for all NW London GP patients, through a tender process. The service will be available to patients registered with a GP in the boroughs of Harrow, Brent, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster.
