Notification of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Dorset LOC will be held on Wednesday 20th May 2026, 630pm at the RNLI College, Poole.

The agenda for the AGM is attached (subject to amendments).

We hope that as many local contractors and performers as possible will attend the meeting to hear all about the LOC’s activities in the past year.

If you wish to be nominated for a position on the Committee, complete and return the enclosed Nomination paper along with your Election Statement by 2nd May 2026. If you are uncertain as to which category you may wish to be considered for, please contact info@dorsetloc.org for further advice.

Send details of a nominated proxy or requests for a postal vote to info@dorsetloc.org by 2nd May 2026.

The results of the nominations will be circulated in advance of the AGM along with a postal voting or proxy paper for those of you unable to attend the meeting.

The evening will also include a CPD session, with the anticipated topic being Dry Eye management for Optometrists, CLOs and Dispensing Opticians. The session is expected to carry approximately 3 CPD points.
