Dear Practitioner,
As part of our Specialist Teaching Clinics at Teesside University, we are pleased to announce that our Binocular Vision and Visual Stress Clinics are now open for bookings.
This service is available for both NHS and private patients who you feel require further investigation of binocular vision and/or visual stress beyond the standard eye examination.
You may refer suitable patients using the attached referral information, or alternatively, provide the information directly to patients who wish to self-refer.
You may also wish to display the attached information (Tees Uni Poster ) in your practice to inform patients of these services.
This is a teaching clinic and currently in the pilot stage, and therefore there is no charge for patients to attend at this time.
