Research project investigating workplace wellbeing and job satisfaction among UK optometrists.
15 July 2026
Keele University postgraduates are conducting a research project into workplace wellbeing and job satisfaction among Optometrists in the UK. Your support in completing the survey below would be greatly appreciated.
Despite growing international evidence of high levels of burnout within healthcare professions, there remains a significant gap in UK-specific research on this topic within optometry. This study aims to help address that gap and contribute to a more sustainable future for the profession.
The research consists of a short, anonymous online questionnaire taking approximately 10 minutes to complete, exploring job satisfaction and burnout across all settings and career stages.
