Extraordinary General Meeting Notification
Dorset LOC | Wednesday 14 January 2026 | 7:00 pm
Dear Colleague,
Dorset LOC invites all constituents to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 7:00 pm.
The EGM has been called to vote on the adoption of the new constitution.
(The draft constitution is attached to this invitation)
We kindly ask that any questions or concerns regarding the draft be submitted by Wednesday 7th January 2026.
Following the EGM, attendees are welcome to stay on for the remainder of the evening, which will combine with the usual LOC committee meeting. Constituents are invited to observe and engage with the ongoing work of the committee.
An agenda will be circulated closer to the time.
