AGM 2025 Update
9 May 2025
The nominal date and time for our AGM was 8.00 pm on 28th April. Like last year, no physical meeting was held; instead, AGM papers were posted on our website and all on our database were given the opportunity to pose questions, nominate committee members and vote for resolutions, online.
One committee member, Rajesh Shah, was re-elected to the committee as a contractor for a further three-year term. Fatema Master was elected to the vacant performer /contractor position, replacing Barbara Nall, who stepped down due to retirement. Following the meeting, committee members re-elected Bruce Gilson as Chair and Alison Goodridge as Treasurer for the next 12 months. Minutes of the 2025 AGM can be found here.
