Commissioning teams will shortly be contacting contractors due to submit their assurance declarations for 22/23. Contractors will be asked to complete and submit the Quality in Optometry assurance checklist to demonstrate compliance with GOS contract requirements. The Quality in Optometry site contains a helpful user guide for completing the checklist.
