This means that you will need to read and acknowledge the Annual Declaration via your Practitioner Profiles on OPERA. Please find guidance and more information in Practitioner Annual Declaration – Primary Eyecare Services.
Please read and acknowledge your Annual Declaration by 31st July 2026.
If you do not complete the Annual Declaration, you will be restricted from providing enhanced services on OPERA via Primary Eyecare Services.
