Please note that this is for practices and practitioners not providing the Easy Eyecare Service.<\/span><\/p>\n For those participating in this service, a separate email has already been sent to your practice.<\/p>\n Kind regards,<\/p>\n BBG LOC<\/p>\n Email to recruit Optometrists who are not EEP providers<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n Dear Colleague,<\/p>\n I hope you are well.<\/p>\n We are inviting optometrists to take part in a focus group to discuss their experiences of providing eye examinations for people with learning disabilities.<\/p>\n The aim of the discussion is to better understand the experiences of optometrists, identify what works well, explore any challenges met, and gather ideas for improving access to high-quality eye care for people with learning disabilities.<\/p>\n Whether you have extensive experience or have only seen a small number of patients with learning disabilities, we would value hearing about your perspectives. Your feedback will help inform future service development, training, and recommendations for improving eye care.<\/p>\n The focus group will:<\/p>\n Participation is voluntary, and all information shared during the focus group will be treated confidentially.
